Eric Spengler<\/h3>

Eric has been a resident of Charlotte since 2013, and now lives in a bungalow in the Villa Heights neighborhood, up the hill from the railyard that would be the future site of Queen\u2019s Park. Workers in the railyard first lived in the house when it was built in 1910.
Eric has been involved with land development issues in Charlotte. He was named Sustain Charlotte\u2019s volunteer of the year in 2016 for his service on a city council-appointed task force for the stormwater ordinance. He also served as a supervisor on the Mecklenburg Soil and Water Conservation District from 2016 to 2019. Eric received a Master\u2019s in Public Affairs and law degree from Indiana University.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mary Mac Stallings<\/h3>

Mary Mac brings The Agency over 10 years experience in sales and marketing. She is extremely creative and assists The Agency in ad campaign brainstorming and developing well thought out, creative, ROI driven campaign proposals. With a double major in Sociology and Communication, with a focus in Public Relations, and a minor in Psychology; she gives thought to the underlying reasons and stimuli that cause a message and campaign to be successful. Rugel F. Chiriboga leads an international team of architects, designers, and multi-disciplinary partners in creating remarkable environments across the globe. Specializing in urban, commercial architecture, and infrastructural projects, Rugel is passionate about creating architecture that inspires and urban environments that allow for our global communities to thrive. As the Mixed Use practice leader with Gresham Smith, Rugel brings leadership experience in design, and management of architectural design processes and development including Public Private Partnerships. David Amalong, PLA, LEED AP<\/h3>

David is a Landscape Architect and Urban Designer and a leader of Stewart\u2019s Landscape Architecture practice. With more than 30 years of experience that includes a broad range of domestic and international work, his work exhibits a rigor and discipline that blends craft, ecology, culture and human behavior. Moving easily between masterplanning and detailed design David leverages his knowledge of the craft of many disciplines to create spaces and places that serve more than mere purpose or beauty. His approach to design is based on values that blend equity and ecological intelligence with craftsmanship, quality, rigor, and discipline. By synthesizing the experiential, physical, and contextual elements of place-making, he has created memorable places for communities across the globe.

His urban park and mixed-use neighborhoods include Domain Northside in Austin, Texas, the Stapleton redevelopment and Central Park located in Denver, Colorado and the 20-year vision for Chouteau Lake and Greenway in St. Louis, Missouri. <\/div>

The recipient of numerous international, national, and regional awards, he earned a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Pennsylvania State University and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Tony Kuhn<\/h3>

Since launching in 2013, Tony\u2019s vision for uncovering development opportunities and passion for building relationships at county, city and grass roots levels drives Flywheel Group\u2019s growth and momentum. His philosophy on investment and real estate development draws equally on his economics and architectural backgrounds. Tony graduated with honors in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He then went on to receive his Master\u2019s in Architecture from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.

Previously, Tony focused on long-range planning for urban redevelopment initiatives, especially focused on North End and NoDa. He worked with the city of Charlotte to create the vision for the \u201cApplied Innovation Corridor,\u201d including plans for transforming the former Charlotte Area Missile Plant into a 100-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development, he coined \u201cNewCamp Station\u201d (now \u201cCamp North End\u201d). He also worked on the design and construction for the successful re-brand of Charlotte\u2019s Epicentre, a $135MM, 350,000 sf mixed-use entertainment complex.

Tony is a LEED AP with a passion for sustainable design and urban redevelopment. He brings his extensive design and architectural training to all of Flywheel Group\u2019s development initiatives.

Nesha Pai, CPA<\/h3>
Treasurer
<\/div>
Nesha Pai is the founder of Pai CPA, PLLC in Charlotte, NC. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from NC State University and has held her CPA license since 1996, after passing her first attempt at the exam as a senior. She began her career and cultivated her passion for helping businesses within the world-renowned accounting firm Arthur Andersen, and later within multiple, privately held Fortune 500 companies as a business consultant, relationship facilitator, and accounting analyst. She realized she had a strong pull towards the small business and entrepreneurial sector.

Since starting her own firm in 2011, Nesha has continued nourishing her vision and the business growth of the Queen City by creating Pai Networking Group in 2017, and launching a podcast series, \u2018Piece of the Pai,\u2019 that focuses on successful Charlotte entrepreneurs sharing their business insight. Nesha just published her first book, \u201cOvercoming Ordinary Obstacles\u201d. She has been a Charlotte resident since 1993, and recently was named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women of 2020 in the Mecklenburg Times.
